Ingredients

Glutinous rice, Sugar, Bean paste, Maltose

Slightly chunky red bean jam, wrapped in a soft malleable shell and shaped into bite-size pieces. Enjoy the soft pliable texture of these sweet melt-in-your-mouth mochi morsels. Although plain mochi is not used because it cannot be preserved, these sweets are made from processed "mochi gome" (glutinous rice) just like real mochi.
